Effective volunteer leaders are the "keys" by which we unlock volunteer hands and minds. Volunteering is the ultimate exercise in democracy. We are looking for New Board Members and Volunteers in continuing to have a successful Heartwell Baseball Program. If you can make a difference or want to see change, please step up to help and lend the support we are looking for!
Volunteers make our organization work. The new Cal Ripken-Babe Ruth League will require many volunteers to make this league function properly.
Parents/Families:
Volunteer time is required by the League to assist with various projects. Coaches need your support with field maintenance, Snack Shack coverage, scorekeeping, and other miscellaneous team support functions. In addition, we will have large league functions that will require many volunteers. The League WANTS to have a successful youth baseball organization and recognizes that we need YOUR help and assistance to make that happen for your children. If you would like to volunteer please contact one of our board members. We hope you will join us in building a new and better league for our players and their families.
